fantastic stay!
fantastic food choice executive lounge access convenient light food
the breakfast had a fantastic choice of food. we were actually surprised by access to the executive lounge. light food and drinks were available throughout the day, which i found convenient.
i found the hotel circulation complicated. it involved a crazy sequence of lifts. i had to walk long ways to get the right lift.

central location breakfast variety old smoke lingering smell
The location was central. It was just a short walk to the metro station. The breakfast offered many choices. The variety was amazing!!!
The room smelled like old smoke and cleaning products. This was disappointing because I expected better air quality. The staff did apologize, but the smell still lingered in the textiles.

genuine guy free minibar comfortable bed
ali in reception was amazing, a really genuine guy. he. the free minibar was a nice touch, i thought. the room had a good size. the bed was comfortable.
the parking structure is horrible, i think. there were no signs showing you where to go. i was searching for hours.

parking signage under-trained personnel
I found the parking situation perplexing. The lack of clear signs made navigating the structure a real headache. breakfast quality was subpar. The selection did not justify the high price. staff members seemed ill-informed. They struggled to answer basic inquiries, quite frustrating. i expect better for the price i paid. i encountered parking signage issues and under-trained personnel.

the breakfast had a lovely varied selection. it included prosecco. electronic switches were located everywhere in the room. the lobby and bar area felt grand.
The central heat was too hot. i had to open the windows every night. the shower didn't hold a consistent temperature. it ran cold intermittently. the hairdryer also did not work. I had to request a replacement.

free minibar clean room helpful staff
The minibar WAS free and contained a good selection of drinks. i found my room very clean, and quiet. the staff were consistently friendly. They were helpful .
the parking access involved a somewhat confusing sequence of elevators.
